Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To strengthen CSOs’ capacity in the process of implementation of the Association Agreement, including at local level
  • To support a fair energy transition and increased access to renewable energy for social buildings
  • To support implementing rights-based consumer protection through advocacy activities
  • To support improved access to water, sanitation and hygiene facilities in schools

Priorities 

  • Priority 1 – To promote energy efficiency and increase access to renewable energy for social buildings
  • Priority 2 – To increase consumer protection and better hygiene facilities in schools

Among financed actions 

  • Undertaking refurbishment of selected social buildings in order to reduce their energy consumption
  • Conducting a comprehensive mapping of institutions in the field of consumer protection
  • Providing support for improved water, sanitation and hygiene facilities in selected schools

Additional information

  • This call for proposals is a restricted call for proposals. In first instance, only concept notes will be evaluated.
  • Initial duration of the action: between 18 and 42 months

Eligibility

  • Be a legal person
  • Be a non-profit entity
  • Be a specific type of organisation such as: non-governmental organisation
Financement
  • Total budget of the call: 6 million euro
  • Amount of the grant:
    • Lot 1: between 4.2 million euro and 4.3 million euro
    • Lot 2: between 650 000 euro and 700 000 euro
    • Lot 3: between 950 000 euro and 1 million euro
  • Co-financing rate: between 50% and 89% of the total eligible costs
