  •  Pulling up the internal market through innovations stimulating so the transition toward a more competitive, digital, greener and social economy
  • Strengthening the competitiveness and sustainability of the Union’s enterprises, particularly SMEs

  • Exploiting the public procurement as a tool to foster innovation in areas of strong public interest
  • Create a clear vision on an issue that needs innovation: working on innovative solutions while keeping both feet on the ground
  • EU-Impact and SMEs: positively contributing to the ecosystems of innovation and ecosystems of SMEs in the EU

Among financed actions

  • Project management and coordination of the project consortium
  • Needs assessment/market research
  • Activities associated with the setting up of the workshops and network, capacity building and mentoring activities

  • This call for proposals is an open call for proposals
  • Initial duration of the project: between 24 and 48 months

Eligibility

  • Be a legal person
  • Be a public or private entity
  • Be established in one of the eligible countries
Financement
  • Total budget of the topic « Public procurement of Innovation development » : 4 million euro
  • Amount of the grant: around 2 million euro
  • Co-financing rate: up to 50% of the total eligible costs
