Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To accelerate the digital transformation of small and medium-size enterprises especially in creative and cultural industry

Priorities

  • Priority 1: to strengthen the University link – Private enterprise with the aim of strengthening business development services related to innovation, digital transformation, incubation and acceleration of small and medium-size enterprise

Among finances actions

  • Actions that strengthen the capacities of MSMEs to incorporate digital and innovation
  • Actions that strengthen Higher Education Institutions to provide better services to MSMEs in innovation, digital transformation, incubation and acceleration
  • Promotion of exchange spaces that promote digital transformation in MSMEs
  • Actions that promote an academic offer to respond to the demands of the business sector to face the digital transformation
  • Actions to promote cooperation between higher education institutions, MSMEs and public actors in the Innovation System
  • Development and implementation of solutions based on Copernicus11 programme services
  • Promote and/or improve the incubation and acceleration services of MSMEs for the creation and development of digital startups
  • Promote disruptive business models and/or processes, focused on innovation and digital business transformation.
  • Promote the digital transformation of the internal processes of MSMEs

Additional information

  • This call for proposals is an open call for proposals
  • Initial duration of the action: between 24 ans 48 months

Elibility

  • Be a legal non-profit entity
  • Be established in a Member State of the European Union or an eligible country in the Americas
  • Be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action
  • If the applicant is not established in El Salvador, he must submit his proposal in partnership with a co-applicant established in El Salvador
Financement
  • Total budget of the call: 3 million euro
  • Amount of the grant: between 1,5 and 3 million euro
  • Co-financing rate: up to 85% of the total eligible costs
