Your data is collected in order to provide you free informations on European grants. These personal data may be processed electronically by Welcomeurope.

To this effect, different types of data are collected by Welcomeurope: the data you provide us when you register for our monitoring and training services, and when you request an appointment to benefit of our consulting service.

This data is linked to your identity (surname, first name), your contact details (email, number), your address, your employer.

We also collect and process transaction information in the case of a subscription to our monitoring service, for example, including your bank details.

We collect and store all the information you provide to us via our website and databases, in particular when you create your account for the monitoring service (EuroFunding), when you register for our training courses or when you complete the contact form for our consulting service.

The fields required for the provision of services are clearly identified in a systematic manner. If you do not provide us with the required information, you will not be able to access the services. You may choose not to provide us with non-mandatory information, with the risk that this may make your user experience and personalization of communications less effective.

We use the data you provide to us to allow you to create a member area for our monitoring service and to allow you to fully enjoy it.

Data processing applies as soon as you visit our website and subscribe to our newsletter, monitoring service, training courses or make a contact request for our consulting service.
