Hat: The European Commission and Ukraine speaks about energy and further negociations

European Commission vice-president Maroš Šefčovič was meeting in Kyiv Ukrainian prime-minister Volodymyr Groysman and others ministers. The discussions were focused on future energy policies between Ukraine and the EU.
The EU and Kiev might restart the negociations about energy partnership. Indeed, vice-president of the European Commission Maroš Šefčovič explained that Ukraine has a lot of potential in the renewable energy field. That why, in case of successful negociations, the EU would agree to implant an establishemend of the European Energy Efficiency Fund (EEEF) in Ukraine.
However, before any negociations, the EU wants to launch new negociations about the gas issue with Ukraine and Russia.
