Brexit: delay extension and final stage for the UK
EU leaders agreed on a possible additional 8 weeks for the United Kingdom to leave the European Union. The delay will run until 22 May 2019.
Nevertheless, the offer is subject to many conditions. Indeed, Theresa May must persuade the British Parliament to accept the agreement. Otherwise, the deadline will be shortened to April 12, 2019.
It is also very likely that the Brexit will not take place on the date of the initial date of 29 March 2019.
However, this extension of the deadlines has a strict deadline. Indeed, the United Kingdom does not wish to participate in the European election since Theresa May has say that she "does not think it is fair to participate in the European Parliament elections three years after people have voted to leave the EU".
Therefire, May 23, 2019 will end the Brexit trilogy.
