The Commission announced to help people involved in the  eastern Ukraine conflict. The humanitarian aid will be of 24 million euro and it will be addresssed to the basic needs.

Text:

The EU has repeatedly expressed concern about the deterioration of the humanitarian situation in eastern Ukraine and constantly called for the full implementation of the Minsk agreements. The aid of ECHO Programme will search to allow a speedy delivery of humanitarian assistance in line with humanitarian principles and International Humanitarian Law.
