The relation between the European Union and its southern and eastern neighbours will be the subject of a half-day workshops that will be held in Brusselson on February 5 th . And organised by the EU- funded research project SEARCH1.The workshops is open to all interested parties.
The SEARCH consortium is exploring the integration process between the EU and its Neighbourhood Countries (which include non-EU states in Eastern Europe, the Eastern Mediterranean and North Africa). Representatives of the consortium will be presenting their preliminary findings at the workshop, highlighting policy-relevant insights gained during the project’s first 16 months of investigation.Read more
Bringing together 17 partners from a variety of relevant countries, SEARCH is working to improve implementation of the European Neighbourhood Policy. While paying special attention to the cohesive potential of the European Research Neighbourhood, the project is aimed above all at ‘strengthening the integration process between the EU and the Neighbouring Countries’.
SEARCH’s February 5 workshop will feature presentations and discussions on topics that will include:
