SME Instrument innovator HappyOrNot which received €689.000 funding from the SME Instrument in early 2017 to develop its application raises €14 million with its smiling customer feedback stands.

HappyOrNot’s small feedback stands asks customers to rate their experience immediately by tapping on buttons featuring faces ranging from happy green to sad red, have conquered airports, public services, offices and restaurants on both sides of the Atlantic. The Finnish company founded in 2009, monitors and tracks improvements in customer service through its app, breaking down its reports by the hour so businesses can see where customer satisfaction needs improving. HappyOrNot received €689.000 funding from the SME Instrument in early 2017 to develop its application.
