1. Organize the work plan and structure the project in detail

We co-construct the project structure, organized into work packages, tasks and responsibilities.
We draw up the work plan that will accompany the project through to submission. The workplan is the central tool of project management. It schedules all stages, milestones, responsibilities, deadlines, todo’s and alerts.
We monitor progress, keep the work plan up to date, answer any questions about understanding and interpreting the rules, and help with any arbitration required.
2. Designing the form: drafting and budgeting
