Welcomeurope joins the CMI Group

Welcomeurope, the specialist in European public funding, joins CMI Group, a consulting firm in strategy and organizational transformation

This integration follows several years of regular collaboration between the two organizations. It opens up new development opportunities for Welcomeurope, both with public sector stakeholders and operators in the environment, transport, energy, and healthcare sectors.

With around one hundred employees and over forty years of presence on the French market, CMI Group is continuing its external growth and European expansion strategy, with Welcomeurope and the recent opening of offices in Spain and Italy.

This partnership comes at a strategic moment for European policies, as the current programming period is set to end in 2027 and preparatory work for the next period has just begun. In this context, CMI and Welcomeurope intend to combine their expertise to contribute fully to the evaluation phases and  future programmes designing.

The integration of Welcomeurope into CMI’s Public Sector Division is being carried out while fully preserving its identity and core values: strong consultant accountability, a genuinely cross-functional approach to assignments, recognized expertise in public policy analysis, and the ability to engage rapidly in structuring projects in close collaboration with client teams.
