Valérie Buisine est PDG de Welcomeurope et accompagne son développement depuis 2001. Valérie Buisine assure la garantie Métier du cabinet en animant et soutenant l’équipe dans l’accroissement de leurs compétences et la capitalisation des pratiques déployées.
Valérie pilote une quarantaine de missions par an, majoritairement auprès d’organismes fédérateurs et de réseaux, auprès desquels elle apporte un conseil stratégique associé à une feuille de route et au déploiement des subventions.
Ses domaines d’expertise sont les aides régionales, françaises et européennes en particulier les fonds européens structurels et d’investissement (FEDER, FSE, INTERREG). Bénéficiant d’une connaissance hors pair des problématiques des porteurs de projets, elle accompagne de même les autorités de gestion dans leur organisation et leur communication.
Valérie associe les valeurs de la natation, son sport de prédilection, à celles qu’elle promeut au sein de l’équipe : la détermination et la volonté associés à la régularité et à l’amélioration continue.
Co-fondatrice et CSMO de Welcomeurope, Lorraine de Bouchony coordonne des missions de conseil stratégique et intervient régulièrement dans les arbitrages financiers et partenariaux. Lorraine a développé ainsi une expertise unique dans l’accompagnement au dialogue avec les institutions européennes. Passionnée, elle se dédie depuis plus de 20 ans à développer la pratique européenne dans les comportements professionnels par le déploiement de stratégies ad’hoc et la mobilisation des financements européens au service de projets collaboratifs et innovants.
Par ailleurs, Lorraine dédie du temps à des missions d’intérêt général, telles sa position au sein du Comex de la coopérative de santé Richerand ou encore son élection récente comme personnalité extérieure du Conseil de l’U.F.R Droit de l’université Paris 8.
Lorraine a le goût du challenge qui, associé à son leadership, permet aux équipes de développer leur créativité au bénéfice du développement de nouvelles méthodes et services.
Sandra Ungemach-Benedite est Directrice Innovation & Prospective au sein de Welcomeurope, développant la pratique et l’expertise des aides dédiées à la R&D&I, en particulier dans le cadre des grands programmes cadre, tels Horizon Europe ou Erasmus+, Interreg, CERV, etc.
Depuis plus de 20 ans, Sandra Ungemach-Benedite déploie son savoir-faire expert dans la stratégie et le lobbying européen au service des organisations privées ou publiques. Sandra a commencé sa carrière au sein du Parlement européen pour ensuite intégrer des projets d’intérêt public et rejoindre Welcomeurope en 2015.
De nature passionnée, Sandra pratique le piano et le trail de montagne en Europe qui nécessitent une grande qualité partagée au sein de Welcomeurope : la technicité au service de la progression.
Forte de plus de 15 années d’expérience dans l’ingénierie et la gestion de projets financés par les fonds européens structurels et d’investissement (FEDER, FSE, INTERREG), Vanessa Géhin accompagne les clients publics ou privés du cabinet avec lesquels elle crée un environnement de travail intégré et de confiance. Elle pilote des contrats cadre et une trentaine de missions par an dans le respect de deux grands principes fondamentaux : optimisation et sécurisation.
Franco-Hongroise, Vanessa était auparavant cheffe de projets européens au sein d’un Etablissement Public Administratif et instructrice-gestionnaire dans un Organisme Intermédiaire (OI FSE). Par son parcours, Vanessa a développé une relation privilégiée avec les autorités de gestion des fonds en France.
Vanessa, dont la devise aujourd’hui largement partagée est “les FESI, c’est la vie !”, a pour grande qualité de motiver et d’engager les équipes professionnelles dans les projets européens, associant son appétence naturelle pour la réussite collective et son sens inné de la rigueur.
Amelia Tulacz est Consultante Senior, experte du programme cadre Horizon Europe, d’Eurostars et des aides à l’innovation. Amelia a travaillé au sein d’organisations internationales (Conseil de l’Europe et Parlement européen) avant de proposer son accompagnement aux entreprises et organismes de recherche (IRD, CIRAD) pour soutenir l’Innovation par le financement public européen. Facilitatrice de parcours de l’Innovation de l’université à l’industrie, son expertise couvre aussi le transfert de technologie et la propriété intellectuelle.
Polonaise de naissance, Française d’adaptation et Européenne de conviction, Amelia déploie dans les projets, comme dans le trek qu’elle pratique à la Réunion, une grande force mentale associée à la souplesse nécessaire lui permettant, malgré les aléas, de poursuivre avec nos clients le parcours visé jusqu’à la ligne d’arrivée.
Diplômé du DESU en Gestion et Ingénierie de Projets Européens de l’Université Paris VIII en partenariat avec Welcomeurope, Jasha dispose de trois années d’expériences professionnelles sur le Fonds Social Européen (FSE) et le Fonds Européen de Développement Régional (FEDER).
Il a travaillé au sein d’organismes intermédiaires FSE et FEDER tels que la Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Paris Île-de-France.
Il dispose également d’une expérience sur l’instrument européen de préadhésion en Albanie.
Franco-albanais, Jasha est un européen convaincu.
Jasha est cinephile ce qui lui permet d’avoir un œil créatif sur les projets et une culture européenne riche.
Aline Demuynck est spécialiste des aides à l’Innovation, Consultante Senior partenaire de Welcomeurope. Aline accompagne ainsi dirigeants et équipes techniques dans la formalisation de leurs projets, le montage et le dépôt de demandes d’aides, qu’elles soient régionales, nationales ou encore européennes.
Chaque année, Aline pilote et réalise une vingtaine de missions majoritairement pour le secteur privé : entreprises, start-ups, PME ou grands groupes. En outre, elle contribue activement au développement des EU SKILLS by Welcomeurope, modules de formation accélérée à la pratique des projets et fonds européens.
Férue de lecture et curieuse par nature, Aline découvre continuellement de nouveaux sujets et projets. Cette soif d’apprendre la motive tous les jours pour chercher, comprendre, formaliser, accompagner ceux qui aujourd’hui développent les innovations de demain.
Cassiopée Dhrami is a junior consultant specialised in European public funding at Welcomeurope. She has completed several internships within the company, gained initial experience in associations and thus provides consultancy and training services on European public funds, both ESIF and funds managed by the European Commission.
Cassiopée also works as a Business Developer within Welcomeurope: during her missions, she qualifies the needs of prospects and cooperates with Marketing and Management in order to contribute to the establishment of the company’s commercial strategy.
Chloé is a junior consultant in European public funding. She has a Masters degree in European and International Studies, with a specialism in local authorities and the European Union. With a wealth of professional experience in the voluntary sector, Chloé has a very good knowledge of European structural and investment funds, intra-Community programmes and national public aid.
A pianist for 10 years, Chloé cultivates rigour and perfectionism in everything she undertakes, making her a truly methodical person. Her taste for art has enabled her to develop great creativity, which she now puts at the service of Welcomeurope in all her productions.
Her involvement with the Young Europeans of Lorraine has made Chloé a fervent defender of the Union’s values. Chloé is keen to support all those who wish to play a part in the European project.
Valérie Buisine is Welcomeurope’s CEO and has been supporting its development since 2001. Valérie Buisine ensures the firm’s business guarantee by leading and supporting the team in increasing their skills and capitalising on the practices deployed.
Valérie manages around forty assignments a year, mainly for umbrella organisations and networks, for which she provides strategic advice combined with a roadmap and the deployment of subsidies.
Its areas of expertise are regional, French and European aid, in particular European structural and investment funds (ERDF, ESF, INTERREG). With her unrivalled knowledge of the issues facing project promoters, she also assists managing authorities with their organisation and communication.
Valérie combines the values of swimming, her favourite sport, with those she promotes within the team: determination and willpower combined with regularity and continuous improvement.
Co-founder and CSMO of Welcomeurope, Lorraine de Bouchony coordinates strategic consultancy assignments and is regularly involved in financial and partnership arbitration. Lorraine has developed unique expertise in supporting dialogue with European institutions. Passionate about her work, she has dedicated herself for over 20 years to developing European practices in professional behaviour by deploying ad hoc strategies and mobilising European funding for collaborative and innovative projects.
Lorraine also devotes time to public interest missions, such as her position on the Comex of the Richerand health cooperative and her recent election as an external member of the Board of the U.F.R Droit at the University of Paris 8.
Lorraine has a taste for challenge, which, combined with her leadership, enables her teams to develop their creativity to the benefit of the development of new methods and services.
Sandra Ungemach-Benedite is Director of Innovation & Foresight at Welcomeurope, developing the practice and expertise of aid dedicated to R&D&I, particularly in the context of major framework programmes, such as Horizon Europe or Erasmus+, Interreg, CERV, etc.
For more than 20 years, Sandra Ungemach-Benedite has been deploying her expert know-how in European strategy and lobbying for private and public organisations. Sandra began her career at the European Parliament before moving on to public interest projects and joining Welcomeurope in 2015.
Passionate by nature, Sandra plays the piano and mountain trails in Europe, which requires a great quality shared within Welcomeurope: technicality at the service of progress.
With over 15 years’ experience in the engineering and management of projects financed by the European Structural and Investment Funds (ERDF, ESF, INTERREG), Vanessa Géhin supports the firm’s public and private clients, with whom she creates an integrated working environment based on trust. She manages framework contracts and around thirty assignments a year, in line with two fundamental principles: optimisation and security.
A Franco-Hungarian, Vanessa was previously head of European projects in a Public Administrative Establishment and an instructor-manager in an Intermediary Organisation (ESF IO). Through her career, Vanessa has developed a privileged relationship with the fund management authorities in France.
Vanessa’s motto, which is now widely shared, is “FESI, that’s life!”, and she has a great ability to motivate and involve professional teams in European projects, combining her natural appetite for collective success with her innate sense of rigour.
Amelia Tulacz is a Senior Consultant with expertise in the Horizon Europe framework programme, Eurostars and innovation grants. Amelia worked for international organisations (Council of Europe and European Parliament) before offering her support to companies and research organisations (IRD, CIRAD) in their efforts to support innovation through European public funding. A facilitator of innovation pathways from university to industry, her expertise also covers technology transfer and intellectual property.
Polish by birth, French by adaptation and European by conviction, Amelia deploys great mental strength in her projects, as she does in the trek she undertakes on Réunion Island, combined with the necessary flexibility to enable her, despite the ups and downs, to continue with our customers along the targeted path to the finish line.
A graduate of the DESU in European Project Management and Engineering from the University of Paris VIII in partnership with Welcomeurope, Jasha has three years of professional experience with the European Social Fund (ESF) and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
He has worked for ESF and ERDF intermediary bodies such as the Paris Île-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
He also has experience of the European pre-accession instrument in Albania.
A Franco-Albanian, Jasha is a convinced European.
Jasha is a film buff, which gives him a creative eye for projects and a rich European culture.
Aline Demuynck is a Welcomeurope Senior Partner Consultant specialising in innovation grants. Aline assists managers and technical teams in formalising their projects, putting together and submitting applications for regional, national and European funding.
Every year, Aline manages and carries out around twenty assignments, mainly for the private sector: companies, start-ups, SMEs and major groups. She also actively contributes to the development of EU SKILLS by Welcomeurope, accelerated training modules in the practical aspects of European projects and funds.
A keen reader and curious by nature, Aline is constantly discovering new subjects and projects. This thirst for learning motivates her every day to research, understand, formalise and support those who today are developing the innovations of tomorrow.
