This seminar will focus on the administrative capacity building, measures to support business development and innovation, issues around state aid, the particular challenges for ESF in relation to social inclusion and deprivation, plus, developing and selecting result-oriented projects, and the ex ante project appraisal procedures for major projects (both for infrastructure and productive investments).
