BBI calls expected for April 2019

The BBI JU is a public-private partnership between the EU and the Bio-based Industries Consortium (BIC) operating under Horizon 2020 and driven by the Strategic Innovation and Research Agenda (SIRA).

The Bio-based Industries (BBI) Joint Undertaking has published its Work Plan for 2019 about this year’s topics, budget and schedule. It is based on the acceleration of the development of new sustainable value chains from biomass feedstock supply via efficient processing, to the acceptance and application of bio-based products in the end-markets.

The call for proposals is expected to be published on 4 April, with a deadline for the submission of proposals until 4 September.  An Info Day for this call will take place on April 12th in Brussels. To support networking of stakeholders and consortium building, BBI provides a Partnering Platform with different features.
