Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • Lot 1: strengthening youth capacities in entrepreneurship, including at local level
  • Lot 2: conducting budget monitoring and advocacy activities, in cooperation with the Moldovan National Platform of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum and the EU-Moldova Civil Society Platform
  • Lot 3: providing social services (laundry, hygiene and socialisation) to vulnerable people

Priority

Supporting youth entrepreneurship, including at local level, conducting budget monitoring and advocacy activities by involving CSOs platforms and providing social services for vulnerable people

Among financed actions

  • Provide financial support for eligible third parties in the Republic of Moldova;
  • Public information; awareness raising; learning, sharing, representation and advocacy activities through conferences, seminars and workshops, meetings, media actions as appropriate in coordination with the EU Delegation;

Additional information

  • This call for proposals is a restricted call for proposals. In first instance, only concept notes will be evaluated.
  • Initial duration of the action:  between 24 and 36 months

Eligibility

  • Be a legal person
  • Be a non-profit making entity
  • Be established in a Member State of the European Union or in the Republic of Moldova
  • The lead applicant must act with at least 2 co-applicants
Financement
  • Total budget of the call: 4 million euro
  • Amount of the grant:
    • Lot 1: 2 million euro
    • Lot 2: 1 million euro
    • Lot 3: 1 million euro
  • Co-financing rate: between 50% and 89% of the total eligible costs
