To support project developers across Europe to develop replicable solutions that are mobilising private capital, blending public with private financing, setting up long-term and scalable financial instruments and at the same time overcoming legal and structural barriers whilst delivering a highly ambitious sustainable energy project pipeline.

Prority 2: Community of practitioners of one-stop-shops for public assets

Among financed actions

The development of scalable financing schemes
The organisational innovation for the mobilisation of the investment programmes
Strategic positioning: assessing the needs and identifying the different possible models to deliver support for public authorities
Methodologies and tools: how to streamline and optimise the processes to support public asset owners

Additional information

This call for proposals is an open call for proposals
Initial duration of the action will be fixed in the grant agreement
Proposals should focus on only one of the two priorities

Eligibility

Be a legal person
Be established in one of the eligible countries

Financement

Total budget of the call: 98 million euro
Total budget of the topic: 8 million euro
Amount of the grant: between 500,000 and 1.5 million euro
Co-financing rate: up to 95% of the total eligible costs
