Priorities and funded actions

Objective

To upgrade or repair Member States’ response capacities to a state of readiness and availability that makes them deployable as part of the ECPP.

Priorities

  • Priority 1: All capacities (modules, TAST and ORCs) are eligible
  • Priority 2: Applicants are encouraged to submit application for types of capacities for which the capacity goals are not met
  • Priority 3: Applicants should identiy and propose activities that can make the response capacity more digital and greener
  • Priority 4: To propose activities that help address gender inequalities or differences and the needs of people living with disabilities
  • Priority 5:  To include dedicated communication activities to promote the UCPM and the ECPP, and activities to enhance the EU visibility, in line with the EU visibility and communication manual for civil protection

Among financed actions

  • Activities contributing to improved autonomy and self-sufficiency of the respective module, TAST or other response capacity
  • Activities contributing to a faster transportability
  • Activities contributing to enhanced safety and security
  • Activities contributing to enhanced communication tools
  • Activities contributing to interoperability and enhanced readiness for deployment
  • Activities aiming to form multinational response capacities
  • Activities specifically related to the certification process that cannot be covered by or are not undertaken as part of other EU-funded activities
  • Project management activities

  • This call for proposals is an open call for proposals.
  • Initial duration of the action: 24 months
Financement
  • Total budget of the call: 5 million euro
  • Amount of the grant: no mimimum or maximum limit
  • Co-financing rate: up to 75% of the total eligible costs
