Priorities and funded actions

Objective

To alleviate energy poverty by addressing the poor energy efficiency of dwellings, as a key risk factor causing energy poverty

Priorities

  • Priority 1: To facilitate the market uptake of renovation approaches for the large-scale rollout of building-related interventions for vulnerable districts, clusters of buildings, or groups of such buildings
  • Priority 2: To identify the type of housing targeted ; in case of rental properties, actions should help ensure that tenants’ total costs of occupancy are maintained after renovation works

Among financed actions 

  • Supporting the renovation of private multi-apartment buildings
  • Developing and implementing roadmaps for the energy renovation
  • Rolling out holistic, industrialised deep renovation solutions

  • This call for proposals is an open call for proposals
  • Initial duration of the action will be fixed in the Grant Agreement

Eligibility

  • Be a legal person
  • Be established in one of the eligible countries
  • Be a consortium of at least 3 applicants from 3 different eligible countries
Financement
  • Total budget of the call: 98 million euro
  • Total budget of the topic: 6 million euro
  • Amount of the grant: up to 1.75 million euro
  • Co-financing rate: up to 95% of the total eligible costs
