Priorities and funded actions

Objective

To encourage the driving role of innovative SMEs to turn technology and research results into defence products in a fast and cost-efficient way.

Priority

Address innovative defence products, solutions and technologies, including those that can improve readiness, deployability, reliability, safety and sustainability of forces in defence tasks and missions, for example in terms of operations, equipment, infrastructure, energy solutions, surveillance systems or digital solutions

Among financed actions

  • Activities that aim to increase interoperability and resilience, including secured production and exchange of data
  • Design of a defence product, tangible or intangible component or technology

Additional information

  • This call for proposals is an open call for proposals
  • Initial duration of the action: between 12 and 48 months
  • The grant amount will be fixed in the grant agreement

Eligibility

  • Be a legal person
  • Be established in one of the eligible countries
  • Be a consortium composed of at least 3 independant entities from at least 3 different eligible countries
Financement
  • Amount of the grant: up to 4 million euro
  • Co-financing rate: between 20 and 100%
