Priorities and funded actions
Objectives
To develop and deploy a secure and trusted data space for skills (databases of job offers, qualifications, learning opportunities, lists of curricula and certifications, inventory of topics studied at all levels of education and training, as well as skills classifications)
To significantly scale up the deployment and use of the data space(s) for manufacturing by reaching a critical mass of manufacturing industries sharing industrial data and improving company operations and value chains among providers
To strengthen the role and capabilities of HDABs in streamlining the testing and deployment pathways for healthcare AI solutions
Priorities
DIGITAL-2024-CLOUD-DATA-06-SKILLS: to ensure that major stakeholders adopt the data space and its value is proven at an EU wide level
To implement at least three use cases witha clear impact as outlined under Objective
To connect data and service providers to the data space infrastructure to ensure that the foreseen use cases can be implemented
DIGITAL-2024-CLOUD-DATA-06-MANUFSPACE: to target one of the following two use cases
Data-driven models for supply chain management and the role of data sharing in risk mitigation response, such as early-warning predictive material shortage
Manufacturing data spaces using data to drive the transition to a greener and circular economy with enhanced business opportunities for industrial data value added services
DIGITAL-2024-CLOUD-DATA-06-HEALTHCARE-AI: to identify current pathways, i.e. regulatory, organisational and technical processes and means, for the development, testing and deployment of AI in health, as well as limitations, bottlenecks and gaps reducing the overall effectiveness of these pathways
To design more effective pathways by leveraging EHDS and Health Data Access Bodies, and possibly Testing and Experimentation Facilities (TEFs) and European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs)
To test and showcase these pathways with Health Data Access Bodies and the relevant actors in the community, based on specific examples in relevant disease areas, e.g. cancer, mental health or cardiovascular diseases

DIGITAL-2024-CLOUD-DATA-06-SKILLS: at least 4 entities, established in at least 4 different eligible countries
DIGITAL-2024-CLOUD-DATA-06-MANUFSPACE : at least 3 entities, established in at least 3 different eligible countries
DIGITAL-2024-CLOUD-DATA-06-HEALTHCARE-AI: at least 6 entities, established in at least 3 different eligible countries
