DIGITAL EUROPE – Deployment Actions in the area of Cybersecurity – 2025

Objectives

• DIGITAL-ECCC-2024-DEPLOY-CYBER-07-SOC: To create or strengthen National Security Operation Centres (SOCs)
• DIGITAL-ECCC-2024-DEPLOY-CYBER-07-SOCPLAT: To strengthen capacities to analyse, detect and prevent cyber threats and to support the production of high-quality intelligence on cyber threats
• DIGITAL-ECCC-2024-DEPLOY-CYBER-07-SOCSYS: To empower SOCs which are linked to National SOCs, and to a stronger collaboration between local SOCs, National SOCs and Cross-Border SOC platforms
• DIGITAL-ECCC-2024-DEPLOY-CYBER-07-KEYTECH: To enable European cybersecurity actors to take advantage of the new breakthroughs in Key Digital Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence
• DIGITAL-ECCC-2024-DEPLOY-CYBER-07-LARGEOPER: To increase the level of protection and resilience to cyber threats, in particular for large industrial installations and infrastructures
• DIGITAL-ECCC-2024-DEPLOY-CYBER-07-CYBERSEC-02: To provide support for the Implementation of EU Legislation on Cybersecurity and National Cybersecurity Strategies

Eligibility

• Be a legal person
• Be a public or private entity
• Be established in one of the eligible countries:
  • EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories)
  • EEA countries (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein)
• All entities will have to fill in and submit a declaration on ownership and control
• DIGITAL-ECCC-2024-DEPLOY-CYBER-07-SOC :
  • Be entities designated at Member State level as National SOCs
• DIGITAL-ECCC-2024-DEPLOY-CYBER-07-SOCPLAT :
  • A consortium composed of at least 3 entities, established in at least 3 different eligible countries must be constituted
