Objectives

  • To strengthen the transnational creation and circulation of European works and artists
  • To enhance the capacity of European cultural and creative sectors to nurture talents, to innovate, to prosper and to generate jobs and growth

Eligibility

  • Be a legal person
  • Be a public or private entity
  • Be established in one of the eligible countries:
    • EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories)
    • Non-EU states: listed EEA countries and countries associated to the Creative Europe Programme (Click here)
  • A consortium composed of at least 3, 5 or 10 entities, which complies with the following conditions:
    • at least 3 entities from 3 different eligible countries must be constituted (CREA-CULT-2025-COOP-1)
    • at least 5 entities from 5 different eligible countries must be constituted (CREA-CULT-2025-COOP-2)
    • at least 10 independent entities from 10 different eligible countries must be constituted (CREA-CULT-2025-COOP-3)
