DIGITAL EUROPE – Programme Support Actions – 2026

Objectives

• To support the coordination and capacity-building of National Contact Points (NCPs) for the Programme
• To boost the implementation of EU digital policies, the visibility and impact of the programme, and the long-term dissemination and exploitation of results
• To reinforce the transnational character of network activities, with the aim of further encouraging collaboration
• To support to NCPs in amplifying awareness of the Digital Europe Programme and EU digital policies

Priorities

• Priority 1: facilitate transnational cooperation amongst NCPs
• Priority 2: provide a framework that will support participation in and will
  maximize overall awareness of the Programme

Eligibility

• Be legal entities (public or private bodies)
• Be established in one of the eligible countries, i.e.:
  • EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories (OCTs))
  • non-EU countries:
    • listed EEA countries and countries associated to the Digital Europe Programme (list of participating countries)
• Beneficiaries and affiliated entities must register in the Participant Register — before submitting the proposal — and will have to be validated by the Central Validation Service (REA Validation).
• A consortium composed of at least 1 entities, established in a Member States and  minimum two additional independent applicants, each established in different Member States or Associated Countries must be constituted

• Initial duration of the action: up to 36 months

Extensions are possible, if duly justified and through an amendment.
