Priorities and funded actions
Objectives
To continue activities of the ongoing Free Media Hub EAST project
To sustain and improve existing financial and other kinds of support to exiled independent media from Russia, Belarus and Ukraine
To foster coordination and consolidation of a pan-European platform or network of media hubs to promote preservation of a pluralistic media environment
To create conditions for exiled independent media and journalists to work in the EU so they can continue producing content and distributing it to their audiences without editorial interference

Eligibility
Be legal entities (public or private bodies)
Be established in one of the eligible countries:
EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories)
Beneficiaries and affiliated entities must register in the Participant Register before submitting the proposal
A consortium composed of at least 5 applicants (beneficiaries; not affiliated entities), which complies with the following conditions must be constituted:
minimum 3 independent entities from 3 different eligible countries
Additional information
Initial duration of the action: between 22 and 24 months.
Extensions are possible, if duly justified and through an amendment.
