Priorities and funded actions
Objectives
To support the achievement of EU nature and biodiversity objectives by implementing coherent programmes of action in Member States
To implement EU plans/strategies regarding circular economy, waste, river basin management, air quality and noise
To implement EU plans/strategies : National Energy and Climate Plans (NECP) and Long-Term Strategies (LTS), national adaptation strategies and plans, Urban or community-based action plans pioneering the transition to a climate neutral and/or climate resilient society, National, regional or industry-/sector-specific greenhouse gas mitigation strategies or roadmaps contributing to climate neutrality
Eligibility
Be legal entities (public or private bodies)
Be established in one of the eligible countries:
EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories)
Beneficiaries and affiliated entities must register in the Participant Register before submitting the proposal.
A consortium composed of minimum 2 applicants (beneficiaries; not affiliated entities) must be constituted.
The coordinator must be established in an eligible country.
The authority responsible for implementation of the plan/strategy/action plan should be in principle participating in the consortium as coordinator. In well justified cases it may participate not as coordinator, but it should in any case be part of the consortium.
Additional information
Initial duration of the action: between 60 and 120 months
Extensions are possible, if duly justified and through an amendment.
