EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT PROGRAMME (EP) – EYE2027 : Coordination of the EYE village programme and music programme – 2026

Objectives

• To create a platform for European decision-makers and Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) to engage with young European citizens and youth multipliers (youth organisations, educators, content creators)
• To offer young people opportunities to learn about European democracy and about the key role of citizens and civil society organisations in the democratic process
• To encourage young people to become active citizens and engage in European democracy

Priorities

• Priority 1: empower youth and civil society organisations in the process of co-creation and coorganisation of the EYE Village
• Priority 2: offer a music programme that brings together EYE participants and local youth in a festive and friendly atmosphere

Among financed actions

• Design, implementation and coordination of the programme of the EYE Village
• Communication
• Design and implementation of a music programme

Eligibility

• Be a legal person registered in one of the Member States of the European Union
• Be a legal person with no political affiliation
• Be a non-profit making organisation
• Be a private legal person constituted and registered as a legal entity for at least 3 years at the time of application
• Be a pan-European umbrella youth or civil society organisation as defined in this call for proposals
• Beneficiaries and affiliated entities, if any, must register in the Participant Register.
• Proposals submitted by consortia of partners are not eligible.
