Priorities and funded actions

Objective

To adapt sections of the TEN-T for civilian-defence dual-use (meaning addressing both civilian and defence needs) in the context of the Action Plan on Military Mobility (for instance technical requirements on dimensions and capacity)

Among financed actions

  • All actions described in sections 6.1 or 6.2 of the multiannual work programme for CEF-Transport 2021-2027, if relevant for civilian-defence dual-use
  • Actions regarding the upgrade of sections and components of the Core and Comprehensive Network not covered in sections 6.1 or 6.2
  • Actions concerning air transport infrastructure components, as defined in Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013, if relevant for civilian-defence dual-use

  • This call for proposals is an open call for proposals
  • Initial duration of the action: between 4 and 5 years (should be ended by 31/12/2026)

Eligibility

  • Be legal entities (public or private bodies)
  • Be established in one of the eligible countries,
Financement
  • Total budget of the call : 330 million euro
  • Total budget of the topic : depending on the proposals received
  • Amount of the grant : no less than 1 million euro
  • Co-financing rate : up to 50% for all other costs categories and up to 85% if your project concerns a military mobility
