Priorities and funded actions
Objectives
* To integrate the eID DSI (Digital Service Infrastructure) into existing e-services/systems/online platforms in public and/or private sectors;
* To enable attributes, mandates and authorities to be associated with electronic identities for cross-border use through the eIDAS node;
* To upgrade the existing eIDAS nodes to comply with the latest version of the eIDAS eID Technical Specifications;
* To develope systems for Member States and the private sector for the use of electronic signatures and electronic seals in line with the eIDAS Regulation
Priorities
* List and explain the type of e-services/systems/platforms being connected and their specific cross-border use cases;
* Ensure that the connection to the relevant eIDAS node in production environment is possible;
* Deploy the developed version, integrated with service providers and identity providers, in the production environment, and connect it with the national eIDAS nodes of the rest of Member States so that cross-border authentications using foreign eIDs can actually take place;
Among financed actions
* Only actions contributing to “projects of common interest” as identified in the Telecom Guidelines shall be eligible for support through EU financial aid in the form of grants
Information complémentaire
* Under this call, proposals to be funded must address at least one of the four objectives
* This call is an open call for proposal
* Duration of the action: between 6 and 18 months
Eligibility:
– Be a public or private person;
– Be established in one or more Member States;
– Be an international organization or a Joint undertaking
Financement
* Indicative budget per Lot:
– eSignature: 0.5 million euro
– eIdentification: 2.5 million euro
* Co-financing rate: up to 75% of the total eligible costs
