Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To support authorities of the Member States of the Union in their market surveillance activities related to product testing aimed at assessing product compliance with respect to EU harmonised legislation;
  • To support horizontal actions aimed at contributing to an efficient implementation of Regulation 2019/1020.

Priorities

  • Provide resources to market surveillance authorities to finance product testing and other activities to promote compliance with Union legislation;
  • Ensure the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 on market surveillance and compliance of products through horizontal actions.

  • This call for proposals is an open call for proposals.
  • Initial duration of the action: 24 months.

Eligibility

  • Be a non-profit organisation (private or public);
  • Be a public authority (national, regional, local).
Financement
  • Amount of the grant: up to 400 000 euro.
  • Co-financing rate: up to 90% of the total eligible costs.
