SOcPL – Information, consultation and participation of representatives of undertakings – 2023

Objectives

• To promote actions aimed at developing employees involvement in undertakings in particular by raising awareness and contributing to the application of Union law and policies in this area

Priorities

• Priority 1: promoting exchange and wider dissemination of knowledge and good practices and to launch actions aimed at supporting the setting up and good functioning of European Works Councils
• Priority 2: supporting worker involvement in the anticipation and management of change and the prevention and resolution of disputes in the event of various forms of restructuring in EU level undertakings and groups of undertakings

Among financed actions

• Training actions, manuals and any other type of outreach activities, exchange of information and of good practices involving workers’ and/or employers’ representatives
• Dissemination of the above information through websites, publications, newsletters and other means with a view to support the lasting effect of the action

Additional information

• This call for proposals is an open calls for proposals
• Duration of the action: between 18 and 24 months

Eligibility

• Be legal entities
• Be representative of workers
• Be established in one of the EU member states or candidates countries

• Total budget of the call: 2,5 million euro
• Amount of the grant: between 250 000 and 350 000 euros
• Co-financing rate: up to 90% of the total eligible costs
