SINGLE MARKET PROGRAMME – Representation of SMEs, consumers, environmental interests and social interests in European standardisation – 2025

Objectives

• To establish a Framework Partnership for annual operating grants for the functioning of partners to facilitate appropriate representation and effective participation of SMEs
• To establish a Framework Partnership for annual operating grants for the functioning of partners to facilitate appropriate representation and effective participation of consumer interests in the standardisation process
• To establish a Framework Partnership for annual operating grants for the functioning of partners to facilitate appropriate representation and effective participation of environmental interests in the standardisation process
• To establish a Framework Partnership for annual operating grants for the functioning of partners to facilitate appropriate representation and effective participation of social interests
• To establish a Framework Partnership for action grants to facilitate projects for appropriate representation and effective participation of SMEs
• To establish a Framework Partnership for action grants to facilitate projects for appropriate representation and effective participation of consumer interests
• To establish a Framework Partnership for action grants to facilitate projects for appropriate representation and effective participation of environmental interests
• To establish a Framework Partnership for action grants to facilitate projects for appropriate representation and effective participation of social interests

Among financed actions

• Activities relating to European and international standardisation, including the processing of technical work and the provision of information to members and other interested parties
• The provision of legal and technical expertise
• The development of European standards and European standardisation deliverables and training of experts
• The participation in the technical work with respect to the development and revision of European standards and European standardisation deliverables
• The promotion of European standards and European standardisation deliverables, and the information on, and use of, standards among interested parties, including SMEs and consumers

Eligibility

• Be a legal person
• Be a private entity
• Be a non-profit making entity
• Be: a NGO, a company, a SME, independent of industry, commercial, business, or other conflicting interests
• Be established in one of the eligible countries:
  • EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories)

• A consortium composed of
  • Only one applicant must be constituted under topics 1 to 4 (EISMEA-SMP-STA-FPA-OG-2025-SME, EISMEA-SMP-STA-FPA-OG-2025-CNS,EISMEA-SMP-STA-FPA-OG-2025-ENV, EISMEA-SMP-STA-FPA-OG-2025-SOC)
  • A single applicants or by a consortium of applicants complying each of them with the admissibility, eligibility, non-exclusion and selection criteria must be constituted under topics 5 to 8 (EISMEA-SMP-STA-FPA-AG-2025-SME,EISMEA-SMP-STA-FPA-AG-2025-CNS,  EISMEA-SMP-STA-FPA-AG-2025-ENV, EISMEA-SMP-STA-FPA-AG-2025-SOC)
