TRAINING OBJECTIVES

This training will allow you to :

METHODS​

Before the session : The client exchanges with Welcomeurope to identify the needs and target the most relevant modules. These objectives are then communicated to the trainer who adapts the training accordingly. The digital support is sent by email to the trainees before the start of the session.

At the beginning of the session : The attendance sheet is sent by email to each participant for immediate signature via the Edusign tool. A roundtable discussion is held to quickly identify the issues of each trainee.

During the training session :

1.The detailed program is presented at the beginning of the training session.

2.Time for discussion is provided throughout the training to clarify the lessons and answer specific questions.

3.The training sessions are conducted in an interactive mode to validate the acquisition of knowledge and skills. Welcomeurope’s and the trainees experiences complete the theoretical part and allow the immediate application of the methodology.

At the end of the session : A certificate of completion is delivered by email to the trainee.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF IN-HOUSE TRAINING SESSIONS​

Dates :
The dates are chosen with the customer according to availability.

Schedule :
Usually from 9AM to 1PM and from 2PM to 5PM. The days are divided in half and breaks are scheduled in the morning and afternoon.

Organization :
The session is provided in person, remotely or in a mixed format, at the request of the Customer. Technical and pedagogical assistance is provided in real time by our consultants.

EVALUATION

The evaluation survey provides information on the validation of the knowledge acquired at the end of the session and on the level of satisfaction. The consultants can also conduct a roundtable discussion. Moreover, the questions can cover possible needs for further training.

PREREQUISITES​

The course does not require any specific skills and is aimed at public, private or associative professionals who are involved in project financing and management and at all those who wish to acquire these skills.

Equipment for remote training sessions and case studies: a computer with a webcam/microphone, a good Internet connection and access to e-mails.
