Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To promote the development of high-performing and environmentally sustainable energy across Europe
  • To contribute to the economic growth and social and territorial cohesion within the Union

Priorities

  • Priority 1: to support EU Member States and private promoters in order to advance cooperation ideas
  • Priority 2: to overcome the obstacles that have in the past prevented cooperation projects from going ahead
  • Priority 3: to contribute to the future Cross-Border Renewable Energy (CB RES) project
  • Priority 4: to contribute to the REPowerEU objectives

  • Pre-feasibility study : technical, economical or legal support in setting up or advancing cross-border cooperation
  • Studies and analysis
  • Communication and stakeholder involvment activities
  • Cooperation activities between Member States

Additional information

  • This call for proposals is an open call for proposals
  • Initial duration of the action : up to 24 months

Eligibility

  • Be a legal person
  • Be a public or private entity
  • Be established in one the eligible countries
  • Entities from other countries are exceptionally eligible if the granting authority considers their participation essential for the implementation of the action
Financement
  • Total budget of the call: 1 million euro
  • Amount of the grant: between 100 000 and 350 000 euros
  • Co-financing rate: up to 50% of the total eligible costs
