Objectives

  • To strengthen the transnational creation and circulation of European works and artists
  • To enhance the capacity of European cultural and creative sectors to nurture talents, to innovate, to propser and to generate jobw and growth

Among financed actions

  • To increase cultural access to and participation in culture as well as audience engagement and development both physically and digitally
  • To promote societal resilience and to enhance social inclusion in/through culture in particular of/for people with disabilities, people belonging to minorities and people belonging to socially marginalised groups, as well as intercultural dialogue
  • To co-create, adopt and disseminate more environment-friendly practices, as well as to raise awareness on sustainable development through cultural activities
  • To help the European cultural and creative sectors to undertake or accelerate their digital transition, also as a response to the COVID-19 crisis
  • To build the capacity within the European cultural and creative sectors, including grass-roots organisations and micro-organisations, to be active at the international level – in Europe and beyond

  • This call for proposals is an open call for proposals
  • Initial duration of the action: up to 48 months

Eligibility

  • Be a legal person
  • Be a public or private entity
  • Financial support to third parties is allowed for grants and prizes
  • A consortium composed of at least 3 entities, established in at least 3 different EU Member States or associated countries to the programme must be constituted
Financement
  • Total budget of the call: 60 076 809 euro
  • Total budget of the topic “CREA-CULT-2023-COOP-1 — European Cooperation projects (Small-scale)”: 21 026 883 euro
  • Amount of the grant: up to 200 000 euro
  • Co-financing rate: up to 80% of the total eligible costs

The grant is a lump sump grant.
