Priorities and funded actions
Objectives
To jointly identify needs, deploy and develop interoperability solutions for cross-border digital public services
To support activities for the implementation of the Interoperable Europe Act
Priorities
Priority 1: supporting the implementation, deployment and maintenance of existing interoperability solutions
Priority 2: development of a new generation of digital solutions including semantic assets aiming to create new, re-usable interoperability solutions, fully exploiting the benefits of AI
Priority 3: to enhance the capacity and proficiency of public administrations across Member States and associated countries in conducting effective interoperability assessments
Priority 4: implementation and scale up of support innovation measures and solutions in particular the establishment of Interoperability Regulatory Sandboxes.
Eligibility
Be legal entities (public or private bodies)
Be established in one of the eligible countries, i.e.:
EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories (OCTs))
Beneficiaries and affiliated entities must register in the Participant Register before submitting the proposal.
Proposals must be submitted either by:
A European Digital Infrastructure Consortium; or
Another Multi-Country Projects (MCP) implementation mechanism listed in the DDPP Decision (see here) including a consortium which includes at least three independent entities from three different Member States. These entities should be appointed by the government as representing entity of the Member State, with the purpose of implementing the given MCP. Besides these, the consortium can include other relevant private and public organisations contributing to the implementation of MCPs.

Initial duration of the action: 36 months
Extensions are possible, if duly justified and through an amendment.
