DIGITAL EUROPE – DIGITAL-JU-CHIPS-2026-AI1-SG – 2026

Objectives

• To support cutting-edge European chip designers to showcase operational silicon hardware ready for infrastructure integration
• To develop functional demonstrators of working AI chip prototypes
• To validate AI chip solutions on a common EU evaluation platform

Eligibility

• Be legal entities (public or private bodies)
• Be established in one of the eligible countries:
  • EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories)
  • Non-EU states: listed EEA countries and countries associated to the Digital Europe Programme (list of participating countries)
• Beneficiaries and affiliated entities must register in the Participant Register before submitting the proposal.
