Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To provide structural support (operating grants) to European Non-Governmental Organisations (ENGOs) and EU-wide networks active in the field of education and training
  • To raise awareness of European policy agendas in education and training, particularly for the European Education Area and the Union of Skills
  • To increase stakeholder commitment and cooperation with public authorities for the implementation of policies and reforms in the field of education and training
  • To boost stakeholder participation in the field of education and training
  • To strengthen the involvement of stakeholders and civil society in the dissemination of policy and programme actions
  • To promote active engagement in civic society and raise awareness of the European Union’s common principles and values

  • Priority 1: Improving quality, equity, inclusion, and success for all in education and training
  • Priority 2: Making lifelong learning and mobility a reality for all
  • Priority 3: Enhancing competences and motivation in the teaching profession
  • Priority 4: Reinforcing European higher education
  • Priority 5: Supporting the green and digital transitions in and through education and training
  • Priority 6: Enhancing the global perspective in education and training cooperation
  • Priority 7: Stimulating active citizenship and encouraging participation in democratic processes and in society

Eligibility

  • Be a public or private entity
  • Be a non-profit making entity
  • Be: a NGO, a company, a university, a research institution, a SME, an organisation…
  • Be established in one of the eligible countries:
    • EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories)
    • In addition, in accordance with article 19 of the Erasmus+
      Regulation, the following third countries are associated to the
      programme:

      • members of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) which
        are members of the European Economic Area (EEA): Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein;
      • acceding countries, candidate countries and potential candidates: Republic of North Macedonia, Republic of Türkiye, and Republic of Serbia.
  • A consortium composed of only one applicant must be constituted
