EU BODIES AND AGENCIES – Scientific and technical assistance on a foresight activity in the field of plant health to enhance crisis preparedness for the EU territory – 2026

Objectives

• To identify the most suitable partner to support the evolution of the horizon scanning mandate, including the development and implementation of methods and tools, and to strengthen the integration of plant health within the One Health framework

Among financed actions

• Preparation of EFSA’s monthly newsletters
• Development of new methods and tools for plant pest horizon scanning
• Communication and dissemination of the EFSA horizon scanning toolkit for plant health

Eligibility

• Be on the list of competent organisations designated by the Member States
• Proposals can be submitted by one eligible organisation or by a consortium of eligible organisations
• Applicants submitting a proposal must be registered in the Participant Register
