EUROPEAN SOCIAL FUND+ – Posting of workers: enhancing administrative cooperation and access to information – 2026

Objectives

• To support and promote cross-border and transnational cooperation
• To increase the accessibility, transparency and quality of the information concerning the terms and conditions of employment to be respected and the existing practices in the MS to monitor and enforce the provisions of the Posting of Workers Directive
• To promote the evidence basis through the collection and evaluation of original data, and the analysis specific to the posting process and posted workers’ working conditions

Eligibility

• Be legal entities (public or private bodies)
• Be established in one of the eligible countries:
  • EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories)
  • Non-EU countries: listed EEA countries and countries associated to the ESF+ (click here for the list) or countries which are in ongoing negotiations for an association agreement and where the agreement enters into force before grant signature
• Lead applicants, co-applicants and affiliated entities must fall in one of the following categories:
  • Public authorities
  • Non-profit organisations (private or public)
  • Research centres/institutes
  • Higher Education Institutions (HEIs)
  • Civil Society Organisations (CSOs)
  • Social partner organisations at European, national or regional level
• Beneficiaries and affiliated entities must register in the Participant Register before submitting the proposal
• A consortium composed of at least 3 applicants (lead applicant and co-applicants; not affiliated entities) established and registered in at least 3 different EU Member States must be constituted.
• Lead applicants and co-applicants must be established in EU Member States and EEA countries.
• Co-applicants can also be established in associated Candidate Countries and Potential Candidates.

• Initial duration of the action: between 12 and 24 months

• Amount of the grant: between 350.000 and 1.300.000 euros

• Funding rate: up to 80% of the total eligible costs
