HORIZON EUROPE – Call with Digital Partnership and TTC countries – 2026

Objectives

• To foster international collaboration with Digital Partnership countries on low-TRL research and innovation in chip design and manufacturing
• To develop innovative design and integration concepts for neuromorphic computing systems supporting very low energy consumption, connectivity, embedded functions for mobile applications
• To create alternative manufacturing process technologies for semiconductor chips including frontend or backend for heterogenous integration.

Priorities 

• Priority 1: Address research reaching TRL 4 with high potential not yet demonstrated in the design, fabrication process and/or packaging segments of the micro-nano-electronics and integration technologies value chain
• Priority 2: Focus innovation on materials, physical concepts or device architecture building on neuromorphic or integration technologies
