The European Commission has published on its portal the model of Horizon Europe and Euratom grant agreement that will be used for projects carried out under these programs.

The model grant agreement for Horizon Europe (HE) and Euratom is available online on the EC portal, but no official EC announcement has been made.

As a reminder, this model specific to HE and Euratom is based on the generic model – known as “corporate” – adopted in June 2020 by decision of the EC DG Budget (see our previous article of 23 July 2020 on the “corporate” model) and applicable to all EU grant programs managed directly by the EC.

To the “corporate” model are thus added, in the data sheet, the body of the contract and in Annex 5, the clauses specifically aimed at the conduct of an action (or project) subsidized under HE or the Euratom program.
