Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To build, develop, modernise and complete the trans-European networks, taking into account the Union long-term decarbonisation commitments, and thus to contribute to smart, sustainable and inclusive growth and to enhance territorial, social and economic cohesion
  • To support the deployment of Alternative Fuel supply infrastructure, contributing to decarbonising transport along the TEN-T network

  • Electricity recharging infrastructure supported in the form of unit contributions
  • Electricity recharging infrastructure supported in the form of a fixed cofunding rate
  • Hydrogen refuelling infrastructure supported in the form of a fixed cofunding rate
  • Ammonia bunkering infrastructure supported in the form of a fixed cofunding rate
  • Methanol bunkering infrastructure supported in the form of a fixed cofunding rate

Eligiblity

  • Be a legal person
  • Be a public or private entity
  • Be established in one of the Member States eligible for funding from the Cohesion Fund

Financement
  • Total budget of the call: 220 million euro
  • Amount of the grant:
    • CEFT-2024-AFIFCOEN-UNITS: no less than 2 million euro
    • CEF-T-2024-AFIFCOEN-COSTS: no less than 1 million euro
  • Funding rate:
    • CEFT-2024-AFIFCOEN-UNITS: unit grant
    • CEF-T-2024-AFIFCOEN-COSTS:
      • up to 50% of the total eligible costs for the cost of works, vessels,and equipment
      • up to 70% of the total eligible costs for the costs of works, vessels and equipment located in outermost regions
      • up to 50% of the total eligible costs for a recharging point with a power output of 1MW or more (70% in outermost regions)
      • up to 50% of the total eligible costs (and not more than 40.000 euro) for a recharging point with a power output of at least 350KW and less than 1MW (70% in outermost regions)
      • up to 50% of the total eligible costs (and not more than 20.000 euro) for a recharging point with a power output of at least 150KW and less than 350KW(70% in outermost regions)
