DIGITAL EUROPE – DIGITAL-JU-CHIPS-2026-SKILLS-SCD-CSA – 2026

Objectives

• To lower barriers to entry in chip design and tape-outs
• To enhance the overall attractiveness of the semiconductor sector
• To inspire and empower young people to pursue and sustain careers in this field
• To support the re-skilling and up-skilling of the existing workforce to meet emerging technological needs

Eligibility

• Be legal entities (public or private bodies)
• Be established in one of the eligible countries:
  • EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories)
  • Non-EU states: listed EEA countries and countries associated to the Digital Europe Programme (Click here)
• Beneficiaries and affiliated entities must register in the Participant Register before submitting the proposal.
