Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To strengthen European cybersecurity capacities and operational preparedness, while supporting a more secure, sovereign and resilient digital Europe
  • To promote the deployment and uptake of advanced cybersecurity technologies, tools and services
  • To enhance cooperation and information sharing between relevant actors
  • To support the resilience of public and private entities across the Union

Among financed actions

  • Development and deployment of tools and technologies
  • Analysis of emerging threats
  • Exercises and training courses
  • Awareness raising campaigns
  • Workshops and meetings
  • Development of AI-based cybersecurity systems

Eligibility

  • Be legal entities (public or private bodies)
  • Be established in one of the eligible countries, i.e.:
    • EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories (OCTs))
    • EEA countries (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein)
  • Beneficiaries and affiliated entities must register in the Participant Register before submitting the proposal.
  • There is no minimum consortium composition requirement
  • A consortium composed of at least 2 entities, which complies with different conditions (see details on the call document) must be constituted (DIGITAL-ECCC-2027-DEPLOY-CYBER-11-REGCABH)

  • Initial duration of the action: between 24 and 36 months

Other durations are not excluded. Extensions are possible, if duly justified and through an amendment.
