Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To facilitate the transition from the humanitarian response to long-term sustainable and inclusive development
  • To contribute to strengthening the capacity and resilience of vulnerable or disaster-affected communities
  • To reinforce disaster preparedness and disaster risk reduction
  • To link relief, rehabilitation and development
  • To ensure a high level of safety and security for volunteers

Priorities

  • Priority 1: To promote equal opportunities and access, inclusion and fairness
  • Priority 2: To incorporate green practices in all facets
  • Priority 3: To complement and add value to their activities
  • Priority 4: To support all participating organisations in improving the quality of their projects by integrating a participatory dimension

  • Volunteering teams
  • Complementary activities

Eligibility

  • Be a legal person
  • Be a public or private entity
  • Be established in one of the EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories)
  • A consortium composed of at least 3 entities, which complies different conditions (see details on the call document) must be constituted

  • Initial duration of the action: between 12 and 36 months
