Objectives

• To generate a cumulative, comparable and independently auditable evidence base that justifies continued investment and informs future programme design
• To design, development and pilot operationalisation of a framework, which should further evolve to a Chips JU Impact Monitoring and Assessment Framework (IMAF), ensuring the programme is equipped to produce cumulative, comparable and independently auditable impact evidence across future programme cycles
