Priorities and funded actions
Objectives
To dismantle and disrupt criminal networks, their ringleaders and enablers, as well as several priorities of the EU Drugs Strategy
To dismantle organised criminal networks engaged in trafficking in human beings (THB) in the EU
Priorities
Priority 1: improving the intelligence picture on criminal networks
Priority 4: supporting crime prevention measures and tackling criminal infiltration
Priority 5: strengthening capabilities to fight drug production and trafficking
Priority 6: strengthening EU and national preparedness against drug related security threats
Eligibility
Be legal entities:
public bodies or, by the competent authority’s mandate, a public or non-public implementing agency or body of a Member State participating in the ISF
non-profit-making public/private entities
profit-making entities
international organisations
Be established in one of the eligible countries:
EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories (OCTs)), excluding Denmark
Non-EU countries as long as relevant for the call for proposals
Beneficiaries and affiliated entities must register in the Participant Register before submitting the proposal
A consortium composed of minimum 2 applicants (beneficiaries; not affiliated entities) from 2 different participating Member States must be constituted.
The following entities can not apply as coordinator:
profit making entities
international organisations
Additional information
Initial duration of the action: maximum of 24 months
Extensions are possible, if duly justified and through an amendment.
