Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To strengthen CSOs as independent actors of governance and developement in their own right
  • To reinforce capacities of local CSOs’ to engage in policy dialogue at national level and in dialogue, implementation and monitoring of national development plans and programmes
  • To improve capacity and ability of local civil society partners to uphold and promote an enabling environment in the Philippines
  • To strengthen capacity of local CSOs to engage in gender equality and youth inclusion and strengthened capacity of local women’s and youth partner CSOs

Priorities

  • Priority 1: Support the implementation of the Women Peace and Security (WPS) agenda nation-wide
  • Priority 2: Enhance community resilience though circular green economy
  • Priority 3: Fostering the use of digital technologies as an enabler for good governance

Additional Information

  • This call for proposals is a restricted call for proposals. In first instance, only concepts will be evaluated.
  • Initial duration of the action: between 24 and 48 months
Financement
  • Total budget of the call: 4.561.000 euro
  • Amount per lot:
    • Lot 1: 2.600.000 euro
    • Lot 2: 1.261.000 euro
    • Lot 3: 700.500 euro
  • Amount of the grant per lot:
    • Lot 1: between 1.250.000 and 1.300.000 euro
    • Lot 2: between 600.000 and 630.500 euro
    • Lot 3: between 300.250 and 350.250 euro
  • Co-financing rate: between 60% and 90% of the total eligible costs
