With this call, DG REGIO seeks to improve cross-border governance.

This call of expression of interest aims to improve multi-level governance of crossborder legal entities involved in cross-border issues and establish (or improve) co-developed, cross-border strategies. Through a pilot project, the OECD will provide assistance and will:

• Describe in detail the project and working methodology,
• Begin building the team’s relationship
• Give the pilot regions an opportunity to share insights about their unique areas and challenges

Legal entities such as local authorities, universities or research centres, European Groupings of Territorial Cooperation (EGTC), Euroregions are eligible to this call. These legal entities must be established in the EU, in Candidate countries or in Switzerland, Norway, Andorra, Monaco and Liechtenstein.
