Support for Ukrainian refugees under the Erasmus+ programme

The Erasmus+ programme offers support to students and educational staff fleeing Ukraine.

The European Commission is mobilising the following funding opportunities:

  • Ukrainian students can be hosted at short notice by education and training institutions involved in Erasmus+ cooperation projects, with flexible use of project funding;
  • Ukrainian teachers and trainers can receive financial support to facilitate their integration;
  • Qualified staff can be sent on a temporary basis to regions where refugees are hosted;
  • Institutions with ongoing Erasmus+ projects in areas such as inclusion, diversity and integration of refugees may, on a voluntary basis, reallocate part of their funds to support activities for Ukrainian refugees.
